 Summary  

Irfan Alam is a businessman who has achieved international renown. He has veered off the beaten track of corporate business culture and into the realm of socially conscious enterprise. He began stock trade analysis while he was a teenager and won the popular reality competition "Business Baazigar" after entering a business idea. The proposal's major goal was to organise the rickshaw industry and turn it into a successful business. He suggested revamping rickshaws and outfitting them with advertisements, music, newspapers, first aid kits, and refreshments. In the world of rickshaws, it sparked a revolution. Obama told him he was doing a tougher job than him when he invited him to the 2010 Presidential Entrepreneurship Summit.

His genuine path to success started with water. He hired a rickshaw on a warm afternoon when he was seventeen. He was parched. He inquired about getting some water from the rickshaw driver. Because he lacked the funds to purchase and stack them, he replied that there was no such provision. He began to consider the condition of the rickshaw drivers at that precise moment. In order to unite and strengthen the rickshaw pulling business under one roof and consequently improve their standard of living, Samman was established in 2007. It was founded with "no money" and a "unique delight" for its members instead. Samman means treating everyone with respect or dignity. Alam was adamant about integrating the underprivileged.
